The Club is delighted to announce that, going into the 2024/25 season, Ticketmaster Sport will become Fulham’s new Official Ticketing Technology provider.

As a global leader in ticketing technology, the Club has worked with Ticketmaster Sport to introduce a new solution for supporters ahead of the 2024/25 season that will enhance the experience of purchasing tickets online, as well as bringing digital ticketing to Craven Cottage.

The Club has listened to feedback expressed by fans and, as highlighted in this year’s renewal campaign, for the first time season tickets will be issued to fans as a digital pass from the start of the 2024/25 season.

The introduction of digital tickets will bring a safer and more accessible method for fans to receive their ticket, contribute towards increasing the speed of entry time into Craven Cottage, assist in protection against ticket fraud and touting, as well as support the Club’s environmental and sustainability efforts by reducing paper and card.

A digital pass is an electronic version of physical season cards and will be issued to supporters ahead of the 2024/25 season. Passes will be stored within the wallet of your smartphone or smartwatch (i.e. Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) and presented at the turnstile for entry. Access to your season pass will also be made available via the Official Fulham FC App. Further information on how fans receive and use their pass will be provided in advance of the new season.

A general view of Craven Cottage

As part of our ticketing platform transition, supporters will enjoy an improved ticket purchase flow with Ticketmaster Sport’s Virtual Venue technology, bringing Craven Cottage to life and presenting all ticket options and seat views, as well as the ability to securely share and transfer tickets with friends and family.

The Fulham FC Ticket Office at Craven Cottage, supporter reference numbers and historical ticketing details, will remain the same, and access to online profiles will continue to be via the OneFulham Account.

Commenting on the new relationship, Fulham FC’s Head of Ticketing, Katy Brecht, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Ticketmaster Sport who will be providing the Club’s new ticketing platform.

“The Club is committed to making both the online ticket purchase experience and physical entry points at Craven Cottage easier and simpler for our supporters. With the immediate introduction of a new flexible operating platform and digital ticketing, we’re looking forward to working with Ticketmaster Sport to achieve our shared commitment to future innovation and a best-in-class experience that befits the Club and our fans.”

Chris Gratton, Managing Director of Ticketmaster Sport UK, added: “We are delighted to be once again working with Fulham FC, supplying a wide range of our technology solutions, industry-leading client service and marketing to support the club’s ambitions. Our team has worked hand-in-hand with Katy for smooth onboarding to prepare a best-in-class ticketing experience for supporters when they return to Craven Cottage ahead of the 24/25 Premier League season.”
