Following the recent announcement that a new ticketing system will be implemented ahead of the 2024/25 season, the Club can provide the following update to supporters.

New Tickets Site

From today, online ticket sales will be available to purchase via a new-look tickets site: eticketing.co.uk/fulhamfc

Once on sale, here, fans will be able to buy home and away match tickets and season tickets, matchday hospitality experiences, memberships, away coach travel and Craven Cottage Tours.

Historical Data

Loyalty points and supporter credit have all been transitioned across to Ticketmaster.

Supporters are encouraged to check their online account and should any information be incorrect, please contact the Fulham FC Ticket Office.

Friends and Family Network

Supporters will need to create a new Friends and Family network. Your Friends and Family Network provides opportunities to purchase tickets on each other’s behalf, as well as share tickets digitally.

Accounts and Login

Ticketmaster has integrated the club’s existing single sign on technology, meaning fans can continue to login to the tickets site - along with all other services; App, retail and FFCtv - via their existing OneFulham Account.

Check your details

Fans are urged to login to their OneFulham Account and ensure their details are up to date, including email address.

All valid email address on the previous ticketing system have been transitioned across to Ticketmaster. 

If you want to update your email please ensure this is done via your OneFulham Account or contact the Fulham FC Ticket Office before Monday 5th August.

Digital Ticketing

As part of the move to Ticketmaster, Season Tickets and single match tickets will now be issued digitally and stored in the wallet of supporters’ smart phones.

All passes use NFC technology, which is the same technology used to enable Apple and Google Pay. By way of example, fans will have already experienced NFC technology if they have used their phone to travel on the tube or pay for products in a shop.

Your season ticket will now be issued as a season pass and only needs to be downloaded once at the start of the season. As the season progresses, each season pass will update automatically to show the next game.

Multiple season passes can be held on one phone, for example for families. Please note that any Season Tickets purchased as part of a group but without a valid email address will be distributed to the lead booker.

Season passes will be issued via email during the week commencing 5th August.

A comprehensive guide for digital ticketing - including how to download, share and scan your tickets - and FAQs has been created and can be found online. Details will also be sent directly to supporters in the coming weeks.

Exemption Groups

If you do not own a smartphone and have no way of downloading a digital ticket or pass to a mobile device for use on matchday, please see the following three exemption groups, who can apply to receive a complimentary Season Ticket Card:

  • Under 18s without access to a smartphone
  • Over 65s without access to a smartphone
  • Disabled Supporters and their Personal Assistants without access to a smartphone

If you fit into one of the three exemption groups mentioned above, please fill in this form to apply for a physical season ticket card, which will subsequently be sent to you in to post prior to our first home game of the season.

Applications from supporters who do not fall within one of the exemption groups will be rejected. Instead, please email tickets@fulhamfc.com outlining your personal requirements, which will be reviewed by the Ticketing Team on a case by case basis.
