The Club is delighted to inform supporters that the selection process for the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) is complete.
Following the invitation for fans to apply to serve on the Club’s first Fan Advisory Board, over 400 applications were received. The quality of the responses combined with the evident passion of our supporters resulted in a difficult and exhaustive review process to determine the members of our first FAB. We thank our supporters who showed a keen interest in serving.
The selection process involved two rounds of review and shortlisting, before a final nine candidates were selected to complete the FAB, alongside a representative from each of the Fulham Supporters’ Trust and the Fulham FC Disabled Supporters’ Association.
As outlined in the FAB Terms of Reference, the selection panel consisted of members from the Club’s Management Board, Supporter Relations, Fulham FC Foundation and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion departments, as well as the Club’s Nominated Board Level Official for Fan Engagement.
The FAB will meet for the first time on Monday 10th June. Following this, the Club will provide a further update on the composition of the Board and introduce each of its 11 members of the FAB.
