By Fulham FC

Ahead of our first evening fixture at Craven Cottage this season on Monday night against Brentford, we encourage supporters to arrive early to ensure their entry into the stadium is as smooth as possible. Arriving too close to kick-off may result in missing parts of the game.

Here's all you need to know ahead of Monday's fixture:

Arrive Early v Brentford
Arrive Early Food & Drink Offers

Pints of beer, cider, Guinness & pale ale, as well as canned wine within Craven Cottage will be just £2 until 7pm and soft drinks priced at £1 for digital pass and season ticket card holders! To access this Early Bird offer, supporters will need to present their digital season or match pass, or 2024/25 season card.

Arrive Early Competitions

Fans who arrive early could have the chance to win one of five Charles Tyrwhitt suits, one of five high street vouchers or get their seat upgraded to one of our hospitality areas for the day!

Up to 20 lucky supporters across all four stands could have the chance to win one of these fantastic prizes. Fans who arrive before 7pm on matchday will be selected at random to win, with their prize pre-selected for them - so be sure to head down to Craven Cottage early for your chance to win!

Opening Times
  • The Riverside - 5pm
  • Johnny Haynes Stand & Hammersmith End- 6pm
  • Putney End - 6.30pm
Bishops Park Turnstiles

Supporters sitting in the Riverside Stand are reminded that the Bishops Park turnstiles 56-64 are now open for use. All supporters with seats in the Riverside Stand will be able to gain access to Craven Cottage through these turnstiles, which are expected to be quieter than other entry points.

Bag Policy

Supporters are also reminded of the Club's bag policy which is in operation at every fixture. Fans carrying bags into the stadium will face longer queues upon entry than supporters without bags.

Download Your Season Pass

Supporters who have yet to download their Season or Match Pass are reminded to do so before arriving to Craven Cottage. Season Ticket Holders who downloaded their pass ahead of our first four home fixtures do not need to re-download, your pass will automatically be updated for Monday's match, providing you have automatic updates turned on.

Supporters are reminded that to use your digital pass, simply tap and hold your phone against the turnstile reader. You do not need to place your phone inside the reader.

Digital Ticketing: Support Guides & FAQs

Ticket Forwarding

Fans looking to use the Ticket Forwarding feature and share their ticket with fellow supporters must have done this before 7:30pm on Monday 4th November. The Club have extended the window to allow supporters to do this to help circumvent common issues. Any attempts to forward tickets after this time will not be succesful and we advise that you do this sooner rather than later.

Any forwarded tickets must have been accepted by the recipient prior to 7:30pm on Monday 4th November, otherwise they will be returned to their original owner. We encourage supporters receiving forwarded tickets to have added these to their wallet prior to arriving at Craven Cottage.

Step-by-Step Guide: Ticket Forwarding

Supporters experiencing issues with digital ticketing are advised to read some of our common problems below to help troubleshoot these issues.
