Stella Gandee Morgan chats about the FA Cup following Fulham's dramatic 4-3 win over Royston, and Brentford being pulled out of the hat in the next round.

Well Stella, an incredible game on Sunday. 3-1 down and then 4-3 in the 88th minute. What were the feelings and the emotions after that one?

We were pretty jubilant at the end of the game. We battled so hard throughout and it always felt like we were gonna be getting back into it. I was pretty relieved when the final whistle went. We’d kind of accepted that it might go to pens and then by the end everyone was just exhausted but gassed.

And how good is it as a player to be able to play in the FA Cup, obviously such an iconic competition?

Pretty amazing actually. I think the last couople of years we’ve had some pretty tough draws early on in the FA Cup so we haven’t had the chance to go through, but this season we’ve been taking it by storm and we’re pretty excited to take it as far as possible.

Let’s talk about the most recent draw, Brentford. How much are you looking forward to that one? What was your first reaction?

Yeah really looking forward to it. Everyone was pretty excited with that. It’s like a West London derby. Can’t wait for it really. I think we’ve got a good chance against them to be honest so bring it on!
