Josh King and Samuel Amissah both started in England Under-18s’ draw against Portugal in their first game of the Lafarge International Tournament in France.
King was named captain of the Young Lions and made the opening goal when he raced through before selflessly squaring to Jesse Derry for a tap-in.
Trey Nyoni made it 2-0, but Portugal hit back with two goals of their own to force a penalty shootout, which ended in a 4-4 tie.
