The oppositon
It was a summer of change at London Stadium, with Julen Lopetegui coming in to replace David Moyes, and a host of new faces in the squad, too. Max Kilman, Crysencio Summerville, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Niclas Füllkrug, Guido Rodriguez were added at a reported cost of more than £107m, while loanees Jean-Clair Todibo and Carlos Soler add further depth.
Saturday will be just the second time the Hammers have left the London Stadium this season, when they defeated London rivals Crystal Palace 2-0, while their two matches on home soil have ended in defeat to Aston Villa and Manchester City.

Team news
🤍 Carlos Vinicius will be the only absentee from the Fulham squad, with Marco revealing the striker will be out with a "small injury".
⚒️ Alphonse Areola went off at half-time of the Man City defeat, but is expected to be fine for the weekend. Aaron Cresswell missed that game entirely with a hamstring injury and will likely be absent again, while deadline day arrival Soler will be pushing for a debut. Füllkrug picked up a knock on international duty and will be assessed.
