The opposition

Itโ€™s been a sensational start to the season for Newcastle, who have taken 10 points from a possible 12 so far. Theyโ€™ve had to work for them, though, beating Southampton, Tottenham and Wolves by a single goal, in addition to coming from behind to claim a point away to Bournemouth.

Itโ€™s form which currently has them sitting third in the Premier League, but a win at Craven Cottage would move them into top spot, ahead of Manchester City versus Arsenal on Sunday.
