Fulham bowed out of the Premier League International Cup at the hands of Olympique Lyonnais.
On top for much of the 90, the Under 21s fell to a 2-0 defeat at Craven Cottage, with Romain Perret and Mathys De Carvalho dealing the sucker punches.
First team players Josh King and Martial Godo featured for Hayden Mullins’ side, with Rodrigo Muniz supporting in attendance.

Fulham attacked from the off; Lemar Gordon raced in behind just thirty seconds into the game, meeting an inch-perfect Devan Tanton ball, but the attack was thwarted out for a corner.
Seth Ridgeon was denied by ‘keeper Yvonne Konan after meeting a teasing chipped ball from Callum Osmand.
Lyon’s forward Alejandro Gomes Rodriguez, international teammate of Ridgeon for England U17s, had his first sight of goal when he raced in behind on the counter one-on-one, but Alex Borto was equal to the effort having opted to go low.
The visitors took the lead five minutes before the break through a slick counter-attack. A tremendous Pierre Dorival through ball with the outside of his boot reached Gomes Rodriguez, who drove forwards before the move was eventually finished off at the back post by Perret.

Fulham started the second half on top. Martial Godo lifted the ball over the head of Steeve Kango in the box before having a near-post effort saved.
The pressure was sustained through the second half from Fulham, and Luc De Fougerolles had a golden opportunity to level the score when the ball fell kindly to him in the box from a Jon Esenga free-kick, but his effort went over the bar.
As Fulham pushed for an equaliser late on, Josh King was fouled on the edge of the box after smart footwork to get away from two. Esenga’s cross from the free-kick was cleared and Lyon broke away with pace, winning a penalty after Terrell Works tripped De Carvalho, who stepped up and sent Borto the wrong way.
The full-time whistle blew and brought an end to an impressive International Cup campaign for Mullins' side.
