In light of the recent Supreme Court ruling that interprets the legal definitions of “woman” and “sex” under the Equality Act 2010 as referring only to biological sex, Fulham Football Club wishes to reaffirm our values of inclusivity, respect, and safety for all trans and cis members of our football community.

As we assess the implications of the ruling, we will continue working closely with our governing bodies and wider community to ensure our policies and practice reflect both compassion and clarity. This includes reviewing our participation guidelines, facilities use, and safeguarding protocols in line with evolving legal standards and best inclusive practice.

Most importantly, we will continue listening. We invite open and respectful dialogue as we move forward together.

The Fulham Fan Advisory Board fully supports the Club’s commitment to inclusivity, clarity and compassion, and will continue working in partnership to ensure that all supporters feel respected, represented, and safe at Craven Cottage.
