To mark another successful year of Fulham FC Foundation’s Premier League Inspires programme, young people from across the programme’s seven partner schools were invited to Craven Cottage to celebrate their achievements and the completion of the academic year.
Hosted within the Riverside Stand, the young people took part in fun games and activities, reflecting on key highlights from their time on the programme. The event concluded with awards and certificates presented by Fulham FC Foundation’s Premier League Inspires programme leads.

Student Voice: Opportunities Beyond the Classroom
Since the start of the 2024/25 academic year, Fulham FC Foundation’s Premier League Inspires team has engaged 134 young people across seven secondary schools in South West London.
Eva from Dunraven School shared how the programme has positively impacted her:
“We have been given lots of opportunities that we wouldn’t usually get, such as multiple trips to Craven Cottage and the training ground, which have been amazing. My overall highlight from the programme has been presenting to the judges at the social action project competition.”
Participants have taken part in a wide range of enriching activities, including:
- Presenting and delivering social action projects in their schools
- Tours of Craven Cottage
- Appearances from Fulham FC players
- Interactive workshops with organisations such as the Metropolitan Police

Lasting Impact and Looking Ahead
Mr. Buckley, a teacher from Dunraven School, spoke about the wider impact of the programme:
“Our four-year partnership with Fulham FC Foundation’s Inspires programme has brought transformative benefits to both our students and the wider school community.
"Through engaging workshops, mentoring, and inclusive activities, we’ve seen clear improvements in student behaviour, confidence, and personal responsibility.
"Events like the annual summer fair have further extended the programme’s impact, bringing together students, staff, and families. The Fulham Foundation team’s energy, professionalism, and commitment have made a lasting difference.”
The celebration event was designed to recognise the hard work, achievements, and personal growth of participants who embraced the programme’s diverse opportunities.
Lauren Binfield, Youth Engagement Officer at Fulham FC Foundation, reflected on the programme’s success:
“The success of this year’s Premier League Inspires programme is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the students involved, as well as the amazing teachers that made it happen.
'The students showed real commitment, developed valuable life skills, and grew in confidence to support them in their school journey and beyond. So many amazing memories for the students to take away with them and remember. Working with the students for a full academic year has enabled us to build positive relationships and create a lasting impact.”
