Harry Wilson’s equaliser against Brentford at Craven Cottage has been voted Fulham’s Goal of the Season for 2024/25.

The shortlist was stacked with a plethora of fine strikes which varied hugely in type, so it was always going to be a fascinating vote, but the combination of technique, audacity and importance of Wilson’s first goal that night saw it over the line.

“I just wanted to say thank you for voting my flick against Brentford as the Goal of the Season,” Wilson said. “It was a special goal for me – definitely one of the favourites I’ve ever scored.

“Not just the goal itself, but the moment it came in, allowing us to go on and win the game on that special night at the Cottage.

“Thank you again, I hope you’re all enjoying the summer break, and see you all next season.”

The battle for second place was incredibly tight, with just a handful of votes separating Rodrigo Muniz’s unreal touch and finish against Liverpool, Wilson punishing Brentford again at the Gtech, and Ryan Sessegnon’s emotionally charged hit in front of the Hammy End versus Spurs.
