Fulham is proud to participate in Level Playing Field’s national campaign, 'Unite For Access' – a celebration of accessibility and inclusion for disabled sports fans.

As a club, we believe that all people should be able to attend live sports, regardless of disability. We are committed to making Fulham accessible to all, and will continue to take steps to improve, but we also call on all supporters to come with us on this journey, we all have our part to play.

The 2025 Unite For Access campaign runs from Saturday 1 March to Sunday 16 March. Focus will be on raising awareness and driving equality for a more inclusive matchday experience for disabled sports fans. The Unite for Access campaign aims to highlight the importance of watching live games to disabled supporters and what is done for disabled supporters attending.

There are ongoing increases in disability-related discrimination, and the lack of accessible public transportation continue to pose significant barriers for individuals with disabilities, preventing them from fully participating in and attending live sporting events. Disability abuse has risen from 5.5% in 2021 to 8.5% in 2024 and 22% of disabled supporters.

Ex-Fulham boss Roy Hodgson is a patron for Level Playing field and launched this year’s campaign video. He said: “Abuse is nothing new and something I have seen far too much of in sport. We must now take action to end this rise in disability abuse and the accounts in this film help show that. The coming weeks will see us put access and inclusion at the top of the agenda. I encourage everyone to join us, as we Unite For Access.”

As part of the campaign, Level Playing Field have released a video talking to fans - including Fulham supporters Miriam and Carl - about their matchday experience and the growing need to address discrimination in this space, as revealed by their recent annual fan survey.

Level Playing Field is the leading charity advocating for disabled sports fans in England and Wales, and their dedicated 'Unite For Access' matchday is one of many happening across stadiums up and down the country over the last two weeks. Level Playing Field promotes a positive, inclusive experience for disabled sports fans.
