The opposition
Our 1-1 draw against Spurs at the start of December sparked a troublesome run of form for the North London side, as a 5-0 win over struggling Southampton was the only victory in their next 10 Premier League matches, eight of which ended in defeat. But three consecutive wins in February will have boosted morale, as will the context of last weekend’s draw against Bournemouth, when they recovered from two goals down to claim a point.
They arrive in SW6 with momentum behind them from their UEFA Europa League exploits, too, as Thursday saw them overturn a first leg deficit to see off AZ Alkmaar 3-2 on aggregate.

Team news
🤍 Marco Silva hopes to have Adama Traoré available again after he missed the Brighton game, but Harry Wilson, Kenny Tete and Reiss Nelson remain sidelined. Saša Lukić serves the final game of his ban.
🐓 Kevin Danso has a hamstring injury, so the recent return to fitness of fellow defenders Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero and Ben Davies is timely. Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski are injured, though.
