Fulham Under 21s won in their first Craven Cottage appearance of the season.
Victory sees Hayden Mullins’ side through to the semi-finals of the Premier League International Cup.
Second half goals from Imani Lanquedoc and Terell Works saw off a bright start from Portuguese visitors Sporting CP.
Rafael Camacho fired the visitors into an early lead, with an excellent finish just inside the box beating Michael Allen.
Allen was forced into a smart reaction stop on the half-hour mark after Camacho had a powerful strike deflect off of two defenders.

Fulham started the second half brightly, moving the ball with tempo and looking to break down a resolute Sporting side.
Their persistence was rewarded when half-time substitute Lanquedoc swept home a cut-back from Lemar Gordon, leaving Guilherme Pires no chance in the Sporting goal.
The pressure didn’t slow from Fulham with Callum Osmond next going closest, but his effort hit the side-netting.
Works was the one to complete the turnaround and give the hosts a deserved lead, lifting a calm finish over Pires after strong work from Gordon to create the chance.

Sporting made some changes as they searched for a way back into the game. The final ten minutes saw the visitors hold the majority of possession, but failed to create a chance as Fulham held strong to see out victory and a earn a spot in the semi-finals.
