Andreas Pereira’s all action display against Tottenham Hotspur has seen him named Man of the Match.
The midfielder registered some excellent numbers in the late 2-0 victory, demonstrating both his attacking and more defensive impact, with four tackles, three key passes, two dribbles and eight crosses.
His most telling contribution came in the 78th minute, when he showed impressive awareness and calm to tee up Rodrigo Muniz for the opener, despite being surrounded by a host of green shirts in the penalty area.

It marked a fourth assist for Andreas in his last eight games in all competitions.
Winning Man of the Match speaks volumes for his performance in the middle of the park, when you consider the love for Ryan Sessegnon at Craven Cottage on Sunday.
Andreas claimed 22.7% of the vote in the end, but was ran close by Sess who took 19.6% – an impressive tally in itself seeing as he only entered the field of play in the 87th minute!
Muniz was also superb after coming off the bench and duly rounded out the top three with 19% of the vote.
