Some unfortunate news came out of Marco Silva’s pre-Aston Villa press conference on Thursday, as our Head Coach revealed that we may not see Rodrigo Muniz again this season.
The striker has sat out the last two after hurting his Achilles against Bournemouth, and when asked if he and Antonee Robinson would be back at the weekend, Silva replied: “Rodrigo, no. Not for this game, probably not for the next one.
“It’s going to be difficult to have him until the end of the season. Of course, we are going to try, see how he’s going to react, but the news is not very good regarding Rodrigo Muniz.
“We have to see week by week, but it looks difficult for him to be ready until the end of the season.
“About Robinson, he’s going to be available for the [Villa] match.”
