After impressing during a trial period, Martial was plucked from Margate in 2022. He impressed for the Non-League side, making 22 senior appearances while on a dual registration with Dartford Academy.

It didn’t take long for Martial to make his mark at Fulham, with his First-Team debut coming in a Carabao Cup tie with Crawley Town in August 2022.

The pacey forward enjoyed plenty of minutes in PL2 that season, with his next step being a loan spell at Wigan Athletic. Martial was a regular for the Latics, who would have been on the cusp of the League One Play-Offs had it not been for a points deduction.

Martial directly contributed to eight goals and started in an FA Cup Third Round tie against Manchester United.

Back at Fulham for the 2024/25 campaign, Godo was firmly in amongst the First Team setup, and registered his first senior assist for the Club in a 4-1 win over Watford in the Emirates FA Cup.
