Andrew was appointed U18s Head Coach at the start of the 2025-26 season. He is responsible for delivering the daily training programme and supporting the development of players towards professional status, at the Club or within the wider Football industry.

Andrew has spent over a decade at Fulham, coaching across the entirety of the development pathway, from U9s to U21s. He spent three seasons working alongside Ali Melloul with the U18s before stepping up to join Hayden Mullins as his assistant in the 2024/25 campaign. He has also recently completed the Premier League’s Elite Coaching Apprenticeship Scheme in 2025.
