A versatile operator, Markuss has shared his minutes between centre-back and centre midfield throughout his time in the pathway.

With an ability to play off both feet, the 17-year-old has been at Fulham since the Under-9s stage.

Markuss is a Latvia youth international and has been capped four times by their U19 side.
