The 18-year-old is a fantastic first-time finisher. At the 2025 REWE Junior Cup, a five-a-side tournament held in Germany, Wingate won the competition's Golden Boot - an award that has previously been won by Mesut Özil and Jonas Wind. He scored 12 times in eight matches.

He’s a clinical finisher, ending the 2024/25 season with 17 goals across all competitions.
