Charlie has been at the Club since all the way back to Under-9s. He possesses great leadership qualities and is great at organising. 

At 6’2", he's good in the air and is a solid, old-fashioned defender, yet is comfortable on the ball and likes to look for longer passes. 

He enjoyed an excellent first campaign after signing a scholarship deal, heavily impressing at U18s level. His progress both on and off the pitch led to him winning the Scholar of the Year Award for the 2021/22 season.

Charlie picked up plenty more U21s minutes in the 2022/23 campaign, making 23 appearances and scoring two goals in the process.
