Dan became Under-21s Assistant Head Coach in September 2025.

In his near two-decade stint at Fulham, Dan has held a variety of coaching and leadership roles. In that time, he has coached many players in the Academy who have gone on to play at the highest level. Dan also holds a coaching role with the Wales U21s side.
