Forward Leila Lister joined Fulham FC Women in February 2026, adding pace, creativity and a direct attacking threat during the club’s title push in the FA Women’s National League Division One South East.

An exceptionally quick forward, Lister is known for her explosive speed, sharp movement, and ability to beat defenders in one-on-one situations before finishing confidently in front of goal or creating opportunities for teammates.

She made an immediate impact in her debut half-season with the Whites, making 12 appearances and recording four goals and four assists, underlining her influence in the final third.

Lister arrived at Fulham from Butler University in the United States, where she produced 16 goal involvements in 19 starts. Prior to that, she spent a season at the University of Colorado in 2022, continuing her development within the US college system.

Before moving overseas, she also impressed at Reading FC Women’s Under-21s, where she claimed the Golden Boot, highlighting her natural goalscoring instincts early in her career.
