Midfielder Charlie Estcourt arrived at Fulham FC Women ahead of the 2026/27 season, bringing a wealth of experience at domestic and international level as the Club prepared for life in Tier 3 following consecutive promotions.

She arrived from Portsmouth, where she made eight appearances in the Women’s Super League 2 during the 2025/26 season.

Estcourt brought significant international pedigree, having earned more than 50 caps for Wales. She was also part of the national squad for UEFA Women’s EURO 2025, underlining her experience at the highest level of the international game.

Her club career included spells across the top two tiers of English football with Reading, Birmingham City, Coventry United and London Bees, as well as loan experience with Bristol City and Charlton Athletic. In 2024, she moved to the United States to join DC Power in the USL Super League before returning to England with Portsmouth.

Across her career, Estcourt built a reputation as a reliable and experienced midfield presence, valued for her consistency, adaptability and leadership across multiple levels of the game.
