Goalkeeper Frankie Gibbs joined Fulham FC Women in July 2023 and has since become a cornerstone of the team's success.

After making eight appearances in her debut season, Gibbs established herself as the club's first-choice goalkeeper during the following campaign, featuring 20 times as Fulham secured promotion to the fourth tier of the English women's football pyramid with an unbeaten league season.

She continued to excel in 2025/26, making 18 appearances as the Whites completed a second consecutive invincible league campaign. Gibbs also helped the club lift the Capital Women's Cup for the first time in its history keeping a clean sheet in the final, capping off another memorable season for Fulham.

A commanding and dependable presence between the sticks, her performances throughout the 2025/26 campaign were recognised with the division's Golden Glove award. Off the pitch, Gibbs is equally committed to developing future talent, serving as a goalkeeper coach for Fulham FC Women's Under 18s and helping nurture the next generation of shot-stoppers.
