Izzy Milne joined Fulham FC Women at the start of the 2025/26 season, arriving to strengthen the club’s defensive options from academy set-ups at Southhampton and Chelsea FC.

A reliable and disciplined left-back, Milne quickly became an important part of a defensive unit that recorded the best defensive record in the division, playing a key role as Fulham secured both the league title and the County Cup. Her consistency, work rate and positional awareness helped provide stability throughout a successful campaign.

Comfortable both defensively and in advanced areas, Milne also contributed in attack with one goal and three assists across the season, offering a steady outlet down the left flank.

Making 32 appearances in her debut season, she cemented her place in the back line and became a trusted member of the squad. Her impact was further recognised when she was awarded the PFA Community Champion, acknowledging her outstanding commitment to the Fulham FC Foundation and her involvement across its community programmes throughout the year.
