A dynamic right-back with pace, agility and an attacking mindset, Olivia Dale joined Fulham FC Women in August 2023 after progressing through the Chelsea FC Academy.

Comfortable driving forward from defence, Dale combines her speed on the flank with an ability to create opportunities through accurate long passes and dangerous crosses into the box.

Having joined the Whites at just 18 years of age, she made an immediate impact, featuring 32 times in her debut season.

Dale played a key role in the club's historic rise through the women's football pyramid, making 18 appearances and providing five assists during an unbeaten promotion-winning campaign in the 2024/25 season.

She continued to be an important figure in the side's success the following season in 2025/26, helping Fulham secure a second consecutive league title before lifting the County Cup for the first time in the club's history. Dale played the full 90 minutes in the 1-0 victory over AFC Wimbledon in the final, capping off another memorable year in black and white.
