Here are some common issues that our supporters have been faced with in regards to Digital Ticketing, and their resolutions.
My digital pass has not updated for the next game I have a ticket to and is still showing a previous fixture, what shall I do?
Do not delete the pass from your wallet. You will be able to update the pass to the correct fixture without deleting the pass completely.

My Pass has disappeared from my Apple Wallet, how do I get it back?
Your pass may have expired, follow the steps below to retrieve it back into your wallet.

I have deleted my pass from my wallet how do I get it back?
Digital passes are only sent once, so please do not delete them.
If you have deleted your pass, you will need to redownload it from the original email you were sent from Ticketmaster containing the link to download your pass.
Please note that all digital passes can only be downloaded twice.
If you cannot locate the email, please contact the Fulham FC Ticket Office ahead of your arrival to the stadium on matchday.
