What is the deadline for renewing Season Tickets for the 2025/26 season?
Your seat and exclusive renewal Season Ticket price for the 2025/26 season is available until 5pm on Friday 6th June 2025. You must renew by this date.
How do I renew?
Online
The simplest and quickest way to renew is online - please follow the steps below:
- Ensure you are logged in to your OneFulham account before attempting to renew
- Select Tickets
- Click 'Profile'
- Navigate to 'Reserved Tickets'
Here you will be able to renew your Season Tickets.
By phone
Contact the Fulham FC Ticket Office on 0203 871 0810. Phone lines are open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
In person
Visit the Fulham FC Ticket Office at Craven Cottage, Stevenage Road. The office is open 9:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, as well as home matchdays.
I want to move my Season Ticket location - can I do this?
A seat move window will be available for supporters who have renewed their Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season.
This window will be open at 10am on Tuesday 10th June and close at 5pm on Thursday 12th June.
Please note that with high demand expected for renewals, this remains subject to availability.
Season Ticket Holders must have renewed their existing seat to be considered within the seat move window.
Is there a finance option available for purchasing season tickets?
Yes, there is a finance option available for purchasing Season Tickets. Fans have the option to spread the cost of their Season Ticket over 4, 6, 9, or 10 months through the approved credit partner, V12 Finance.

What concession rates do the Club offer?
The Club continue to offer discounted rates for Seniors (65+), Young Adults (18-21) and Juniors (Under 18s).
What proof of age is required and when is this required?
The Club would like to see a copy of your passport or birth certificate at the time of purchasing a concession Season Ticket, should the supporter's date of birth not already be on our system.
Please do not send originals into the Ticket Office. A copy can also be sent to the Ticket Office by emailing tickets@fulhamfc.com.
How do I join the Season Ticket Waiting List?

Further details for new sales will be issued in due course, with all sales subject to availabilty.
I'm currently sat in other areas of the ground. Will I be able access the Riverside after games?
Yes - the Riverside concourse will be open to all supporters and the public post-match, provided it is not a late kick-off time.
Digital Ticketing
Will I receive a Season Ticket card for the 2025/26 season?
Following on from a successful 2024/25 Premier League season, digital season passes will continue to be distributed to fans as the default method of entry into Craven Cottage.
The Club will support fans who require further assistance on digital entry and understand there will be some exemption groups, who will be able to apply for an alternative entry method.
What is a digital pass?
A digital pass is an electronic version of your physical season ticket card that enables you to scan into Craven Cottage using your smartphone.
Digital passes are issued to Season Ticket Holders one time only. Once downloaded, this pass should not be deleted as it will be updated automatically within 7 days of each match the supporter is due to attend.
When will I receive my digital season ticket?
This will not be available to download straight after purchase. Supporters will receive a link to their digital season ticket to add it into an Apple or Google Wallet before the start of the new season.
Why do the Club use digital ticketing?
The use of digital tickets is now commonplace for mass spectator events all over the world. Digital tickets are the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive your match ticket while increasing protection against fraud and touting.
Digital tickets provide:
- Quick & easy entry to Craven Cottage using your mobile phone or smart device
- Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
- Reduces the carbon footprint created by printing less paper and physical plastic cards
Can I have a season card or paper match ticket to replace my digital season ticket?
The Club will support fans who require further assistance with digital season tickets and understand there will be some exemption groups who will be able to apply for an alternative entry method.
If you forget to bring your Season Ticket to a home game, you will need to go to the Ticket Office where a replacement ticket can be issued.
A £5 charge is payable for any replacement paper tickets. You must bring ID with you in order to be issued with a replacement ticket.
Fulham FC Ticket Exchange
What is the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange and how does it work?
The Fulham FC Ticket Exchange is the Club's official ticket resale platform. It provides Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend a game the opportunity to sell their tickets to fellow Fulham supporters.
Fans can access the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange service for home league matches as and when the Club makes it available to use.
This service will be available for home matches whereby attendance at Craven Cottage is at capacity. The Club will communicate as and when the service will be available via fulhamfc.com and email those fans who have opted in for email communications.
How do I apply credit to my purchase?
If you have used the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange this season you may be entitled to ticket credit. This will show in your account and be available to apply during the checkout process.
Ticket Forwarding/Sharing
Can I share my Season Ticket with a friend?
Season Tickets are for the sole use of the named supporter. If you are unable to attend a game and would like a friend to use your ticket, you will be able to use the ticket forwarding function when this is enabled on a match-by-match basis.
Please note, if a concession season ticket is passed onto an adult there is a £5 charge for this service plus an upgrade fee.
How can I forward my digital Season Ticket?
A digital season pass can be shared for a particular fixture by transferring it to a member of your Friends & Family Network. This creates a new digital ticket for the recipient and disabled for the season pass for the send for the fixture in question.
Transferring works on a match-by-match basis and does not transfer the season pass (season ticket) to the recipient, only the specific match.

Additional Tickets/Upgrades
As a Season Ticket Holder, will I have priority access to purchase tickets for individual matches?
As part of their benefits, Season Ticket Holders and Members will continue to receive priority access to purchase available individual match seats.
As 2025/26 Memberships and match tickets have yet to launch, please refer back to fulhamfc.com at a later date for more details.
Are cup games loaded onto my Season Ticket & does this still happen if I choose a seat that is not my own?
Your digital Season Ticket is valid for home Premier League fixtures only. Cup games are not included in your digital Season Ticket.
Can I upgrade my Season Ticket for individual games?
A Season Ticket can be upgraded for home league fixtures throughout the season, however limited to a maximum of six (6) per person per season.
A fee for the upgrade is applicable. Whilst costs are yet to be finalised, there will be a fee for both any junior to adult upgrade and concession to adult upgrade.
Upgrades can only be processed through the Fulham FC Ticket Office, over the phone on 0203 871 0810 or in person only.
Where any upgrade is applicable to the Family Zone area, we politely ask the Season Ticket Holder to relocate from this area if a junior is no longer attending. The above fee still applies.
Any Season Ticket Holder upgrading their seat will be issued with a barcoded paper ticket to use instead of their regular digital season pass/card for that game.
Can I move my seat for individual games?
Subject to availability, you can move your Season Ticket seat for an individual game if you are purchasing an additional ticket alongside it.
You can do so by calling the Ticket Office on 0203 871 0810.
If you are moving to a more expensive area, you will be charged the relevant price difference. A match ticket will be issued when your seat is moved, which must be used for that fixture instead of your Season Ticket.

What is Matchday Plus?
Season Ticket Holders can upgrade their seats for the 2025/26 season by exploring Matchday Plus.
Matchday Plus is situated on Level Two of The Riverside and offers luxury seating with exceptional views of the pitch, access to bars pre-game and at half-time with a complimentary drink included at half-time, and a snack.
